"Irene spent some time gauging the level of the class and with that in mind always tried to keep everyone on board. When she understood that some elements of the choreography were quite challenging to the class in general she went back to basics, explained the foundational exercise which needed to be mastered in order to achieve that specific element of the choreography, allowed a few minutes of practicing and then...voilá! The class managed the sequence satisfactorily and then it  was possible to get to the next sequence!!"
