Refund and Cancellation Policy – Vienna Workshops (2026)
Please note that the pre-registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it is required to secure a place in the workshop and to cover administrative costs.
For participants who have paid the full workshop fee, cancellations are accepted up to 10 days before the start of the event.
Cancellations made between 10 and 4 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellations made within 4 days prior to the event, or failure to attend, are not eligible for any refund.
In the event that the school cancels the workshop or any class due to organizational reasons or insufficient participation, a full refund will be issued for the cancelled activity.
By completing the payment, the participant declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this refund and cancellation policy.
