By making a payment to us, you agree to our policies and procedures and acknowledge that they form part of our agreement with you. We reserve the right to change or amend these policies and procedures without prior notice.
Payment policy:
Online classes
Our Online classes require an upfront payment for the service, either through credit card, PayPal, Wire transfer, or other methods of payment. The payment should be done at least 24 hours prior to the class. After the payment is received in full you will typically receive an email or link to access the class or video.

It is important to be aware of any additional fees prior to making your payment as it can affect the total amount that is due. Depending on the payment method, you may be required to pay for money conversions or Paypal services, in addition to the class fee. All fees must be paid in full in order for the class to be booked. It is the responsibility of the student to cover all fees, including any conversion or service fees, during the payment process. 
In Person classes
We require a payment of a retainer fee of 50% of the amount of the service in order to reserve the time and ensure your class. The retainer is not refundable.
The full amount must be payout before the class.
Cancellation Policy: 
For online classes, a 48-hour cancellation notice in writing via email must be given; otherwise, fees will remain payable. If you give 48 hours notice, we will reschedule the private lesson. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the class date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund.
For private lessons (in person), a 7-day cancellation notice in writing via email must be given; otherwise, fees will remain payable. If you give at least 7 days' notice, we will reschedule the private lesson. 
For workshops, full payment must be made in order to secure the booking; no refunds apply unless the workshop is canceled by us.

Cancellation of Classes: 
If the online group classes do not reach the minimum amount of students necessary to guarantee the success and purpose of the interactive class, we will cancel the class and maintain the payment as credit for the next scheduled class. 
We will not be financially liable for classes or dates canceled due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as illness. We retain the right to change the advertised program of classes in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
By understanding the payment conditions, cancellation policy, and refund policy prior to access an online dance class, the student can make an informed decision about their commitment to the class.
We understand that things come up and are happy to reschedule your lesson or workshop, but we do ask that you provide the necessary notice so that we can do so. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to seeing you soon!
